1. Eligibility: The giveaway is open to residents of Australia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Luxe Giveaway Pty Ltd (ABN 25 669 603 874) and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2. How to Enter: To enter the giveaway, participants must become a loyalty member of Luxe Giveaway Pty Ltd (LXG AU), which then gets you entered into all monthly prizes.
3. Prize: The prize for this giveaway is either a Nissan Skyline R33 GTR or $65,000 cash, tax-free. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods or services (unless there is a choice).
4. Giveaway Dates: - Start Date: 25th December 2024 - Closing Date: 2nd February 2025 - Time and Date of Draw: 2nd February 2025 at 7PM Sydney time
5. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period. The winner will be notified via Facebook Live on 2nd February 2025 at 7PM Sydney time.
6. Claiming the Prize: To claim the prize, the winner must respond to the notification within 48 hours and provide their full name, email address, and mailing address. If the winner does not respond within the specified time frame or if the prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected.
7. Redraw Arrangements: If the prize is forfeited, a redraw will take place on 1st of March 2025 at 7PM on Facebook live.
8. Publicity: By entering the giveaway, participants agree to allow Luxe Giveaway Pty Ltd to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes, including on social media and the company’s website.
9. Liability: Luxe Giveaway Pty Ltd is not responsible for any lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for any technical or other errors that may occur during the entry process. Luxe Giveaway Pty Ltd is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to participants or their property that may result from participation in the giveaway or the use or misuse of the prize.
10. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. 11. Changes to the Terms and Conditions: Luxe Giveaway Pty Ltd reserves the right to modify or terminate the giveaway or these Terms and Conditions at any time, without notice.
